Anything lemon is always a good idea.
…And lemon desserts are always a TERRIFIC idea. Lemon flavored desserts just have that nice satisfying crisp flavor. I also love how lemon flavored desserts never taste too heavy either. They are a dessert that can be eaten any time of the year.
With that being said, I wanted to create a gluten free / refined sugar free lemon cookie for the holidays – so here it is!
I can’t seem to wrap my head around the fact that Christmas is less than a week away! With that realization comes excitement, but also nerves. I love this season and all that comes with it, but I realize I have not quite gotten all the gifts I need for everyone on my shopping list!
Is anyone else running a little behind on their holiday shopping?? Any great holiday gift ideas?? I’m all ears!
Not only am I a little bit behind on my holiday shopping, I feel like I have been slacking on my Christmas movies this year (yes, I am one of those people who love those cheesy Christmas Movies, and proud of it).
Time to turn on Home Alone once I am done with all this Christmas baking!
