Thanksgiving is coming up! That means family, friends, food, food, and MORE food!
I am personally so excited, I love to make all of the classics during Thanksgiving, however, I also like to try one new recipe every year on-top of the originals. (You never know when you might find a new classic Thanksgiving dish)

The recipe begins by lathering carrots in a delicious combination of butter and honey. Then we sprinkle salt, pepper, and bring in some tastes of fall with a half teaspoon of cinnamon.
While the carrots are roasting in the oven, we lightly brown butter in a saucepan, and then add in some delicious maple syrup. To liven it up a little, add a dash of cayenne pepper and a pinch of salt, and stir in all the flavors together. Once the flavors are blended together, toss in halved pecans until fully lathered and candied in the mixture.

Once the carrots are fully roasted and soft to the touch, add candied pecans on top. After this, top it off with crumbled goat cheese. Yum!
Enjoy and have a happy Thanksgiving!
