Healthy Chicken Salad Wrap

A super easy and healthy version of chicken salad.

Make it for dinner, or meal prep it for lunch! It’s a highly nutritious meal with grilled chicken, avocados, broccoli sprouts, and more!

For this wrap I chose to use coconut wraps. The brand I buy is Nuco, and they are the best grain free wraps. The only ingredients in them are Coconut Meat, Coconut Water, Unrefined Virgin Coconut Oil (Derived from Organic Coconuts). So simple!

For my mayonnaise I used Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayo. It consists of Avocado Oil, Organic Eggs, Organic Egg Yolks, Organic Vinegar, Sea Salt, Organic Rosemary Extract.

If you haven’t heard of broccoli spouts yet, you need to get some! Broccoli Sprouts contain large amounts of Sulforaphane, which is known to have many health benefits. I would highly recommend reading up on broccoli sprouts and the studies surrounding them.

This is an easy go-to lunch and dinner at my house, and I hope it is for you too!
